Adriene "Dria" Montalvo (they/she) is a multi-disciplinary creative whose work combines storytelling, design, and user experience. Born and raised in New York City, Adriene developed an early fascination with the power of narrative—eventually earning a B.F.A. in Dramatic Writing from Savannah College of Art and Design, where they also gained hands-on experience in film, television, and production.
At OBERLAND, Adriene co-created and executed the Show Your(s)e.l.f. series for e.l.f Cosmetics - working with visionaries including Chella Man and Amanda Nguyen.
Adriene was a Sr. Art Director for e.l.f. 's boundary-breaking So Many Dicks campaign.
Outside of work, Adriene can be found writing song lyrics, playing Dungeons & Dragons, and junk journaling.
